Lincoln Court is situated in a quiet spot to the rear of St Hugh's Catholic Church on Staverton Road. It is convenient for the shops on Bracebridge Drive and on a good bus route into Nottingham. Many of its tenants enjoy beautiful views overlooking Wollaton Hall.
The complex consists of 22 one-bedroom apartments suitable for one or two persons. Each unit has its own gas-fired boiler to provide central heating and hot water and tenants supply their own cookers which may be gas or electric.
