Management
MRBHA is a non-profit making housing association and its shareholders therefore receive no dividends but are able to play a supporting role. At the AGM shareholders elect the voluntary Board of Management which is the association’s governing body.
The Board of Management meets monthly to consider the business of the association. Each complex has its own scheme committee and members of the Board visit the complexes on a regular basis.
The association welcomes tenant participation and a tenant representative is elected annually onto each scheme committee.
The Association Manager as senior employee runs the day to day business of the association along with the wardens at each of the schemes.
